Start with the meal you want
Our menu brings together chicken dishes, slow-cooked meats, seafood, pasta, handheld meals and a separate vegan section. Start with the format that works for your visit: a plated entrée, a pasta dish, a handheld meal or something to share. Then compare the sauce, protein and side choices rather than choosing from a dish name alone.
For a first Jamaican meal, our menu descriptions give you a useful starting point. Curry chicken is slow cooked in curry stew. Brown stew chicken uses our brown stew sauce. Oxtail is braised bone-in beef with gravy and butter beans. These are different preparations and eating experiences, rather than interchangeable versions of jerk chicken.
Compare curry chicken, brown stew chicken, jerk chicken or oxtail, then check sides in the current item.
Compare a few menu favorites
Jerk chicken is one option within a wider menu. Our entrée listing describes bone-in chicken with jerk seasoning and sauce; our wings and handheld dishes offer different formats. If you prefer a fork-and-plate meal, compare the entrées. If your group wants a handheld format, look at the wrap, tacos or quesadilla and read each item’s ingredients.
Pasta also deserves a second look. Tropix Rasta Pasta uses our cream sauce and lists protein additions. Vegan Rasta Pasta is a separate dish with coconut milk sauce and bell peppers. Adding a vegetable or changing a protein does not automatically make the cream-sauce dish vegan. Choose the correct listed item and ask us about any ingredient concern.
| Choice | Listed distinction | Check before ordering |
|---|---|---|

| Oxtail | Bone-in beef, gravy and butter beans | Portion and current availability |
| Jerk chicken entrée | Bone-in meal format | Preparation, sauce and sides |
| Tropix Rasta Pasta | Cream sauce; optional proteins | The complete item and additions |
| Vegan Rasta Pasta | Coconut milk sauce, bell peppers | Ingredients and offered options |
Build the rest of the plate
Our side list includes rice and peas, white and yellow rice, fried sweet plantains, steamed cabbage, festival, roti and other choices. Check the item you are ordering for included sides, available substitutions and any extra charge. A side listed elsewhere on the menu is not necessarily included with every entrée.
If you are deciding between sides, think about the meal as a whole: a saucy entrée, a starch and a vegetable may give you a different combination from pasta or a wrap. This is a way to compare formats, not a fixed serving recommendation. Ask our team about the actual choices for your dish.

Make dietary questions part of the order
Our vegan section is a useful place to begin when you want a plant-based meal. It lists curry chickpeas, coconut-milk pasta, ackee with tostones and ital stew. The rest of the restaurant also serves meat, fish and dairy-containing dishes, so do not assume that every side, sauce or preparation fits the same preference.
Tell us which ingredient matters before ordering. Ask about the whole dish, including sauce, garnish and sides, and explain whether this is a preference or a food allergy. The FDA explains the importance of ingredient information and allergen cross-contact. Our menu labels are not an allergen-free guarantee.
Ingredient information: FDA food-allergy guidance. Ask our kitchen about your exact order.
Choose for the people at your table
Our kids menu lists chicken tenders with fries and mac and cheese with fries. For a mixed group, each person can choose the dish and format that suits them from the current menu. Check ingredients, portions and availability rather than assuming a particular dish is suitable for every child or guest.
For example, one diner might compare curry chicken and oxtail, while another starts with the vegan section and a third chooses a wrap. Use the menu to keep those choices clear. If you are feeding an event rather than ordering individual meals, our catering guide explains the different planning questions.

Your questions,
answered.
A few details can make choosing easier. Here is where to start.
Talk with our teamWhat is rasta pasta?
Rasta pasta is a pasta dish on our menu. Our standard version uses Tropix cream sauce, bell peppers and optional proteins. The separate Vegan Rasta Pasta uses coconut milk sauce. Check the exact item name and its current options before ordering.
Which dishes and sides suit my meal?
Compare the dish description, whether it is bone-in or boneless where stated, its sauce and the sides included in that item. Entrées, wraps and pasta have different formats. The ordering menu shows the choices available for your selection.
Can children eat here?
We list chicken tenders with fries and mac and cheese with fries in our kids section. Check current availability and ask about ingredients or portions for your child. A kids-menu label does not answer individual dietary questions.
Can I change an ingredient or side?
Ask about a specific change before ordering and check the options on the current item. We have not listed a universal substitution rule here, because changes and any extra charge depend on the dish and what is available.
How do I order and confirm the price?
Follow Order Online to our existing ordering service for current prices and item choices. Read the order details before checkout. For an ingredient question that the item does not answer, call us before completing the purchase.
